The assistant
Stop requesting reports. Just ask.
Ovi is an AI assistant that lives inside the platform and already has the context. Ask in plain language and get the number, the status or the history in seconds — no export, no ticket to IT, no waiting for the month-end pack.
Ask Ovi anything about your operation…
Answers are filtered by the asking user's permissions before the model ever sees the data — Ovi cannot surface a figure the person could not open themselves.
Ask, do not search
Plain language over live operational data. No query builder, no report catalogue to learn first.
Seconds, not a cycle
The answer arrives while the question is still relevant — not in next month's reporting pack.
It crosses modules
One question can span budget, procurement, treasury and accounting, because they are one system underneath.
Bounded by permissions
Data is filtered by what the person asking is allowed to open, before the model ever sees it.
Thirty years of doing this work, in one platform
Three decades inside the administrative and financial operations of governments, private companies and health networks. SIGA One is what we built once we knew exactly where those systems break.

One purchase. Five modules. One accounting entry.
This is the whole argument for a suite. Each step below happens in a different module, and not one of them hands off through an interface, an export or an overnight job.

Contabilidad — Double-entry general ledger, chart of accounts, journals, closings and financial statements — the single book every other module posts into.
Why organisations move to SIGA One
The suite was designed around four decisions we were not willing to compromise on.
One platform, two sectors
Public budget law and private corporate accounting are not two products here. Funds, encumbrances, procurement modalities, enforcement strictness and terminology all switch on a sector profile. Nothing forks the code, so nothing drifts apart over time.
A financial core that actually posts
Double-entry general ledger, commitment and encumbrance control, multi-entity consolidation, and a closed budget cycle from formulation through execution. Operations generate accounting entries. Nothing is a report pretending to be a transaction.
Country-neutral by design
Charts of accounts, budget classifiers, tax rules, document types and reporting formats are data, not code. A new jurisdiction is configuration and content — not a release branch that has to be maintained forever.
Modern where it matters
Cloud-native and API-first, with single sign-on, permissions granular to the individual action, a complete audit trail, and tenant isolation enforced in the database itself rather than trusted to application code.
Two ways we work with you
The platform
SIGA One
A complete ERP/GRP suite. Every module posts into the same ledger, uses the same chart of accounts and obeys the same permission model — so the numbers on the executive dashboard are the numbers in the books.

ERP & GRP consulting
Diagnostic, design, migration, integration and go-live — plus the funding-readiness work that public institutions need before a programme can even be financed. Platform-led, but not platform-dependent.
